School Sign up

If you would like to sign up your school for doing fundraising please click on the School Contact Form link below. Then fill out all the required fields and select Sign up School from the Reason drop down.

Please read and understand the following before you sign up for us partnering for your fundraising.
There are some required items we need before we can get you signed up.

Process:

Once we receive your request to sign up your school we will start the process to get you into our system. We send you an email with the School Offerings, Current price sheet with breakdown of fundraising amount going to school and an email to with the terms and services that needs to be read and acknowledged.

Required Actions:

  • Each school needs to have primary Event Coordinator to manage pick up of completed prints when notified by us.

  • Each school needs to have one Event Treasurer to manage payouts for completed jobs.

  • Payouts of your fundraising are sent monthly after work has been completed and delivered to the Event Coordinator.

  • We need a high quality image of your school logo to be used for printing.

  • Print ready .png or a high quality .jpeg

  • Logo should be high quality and have pixel size around 1024 x 1024 minimum.

  • We need the Event Treasurer and Event Coordinator to read the product pricing schedule and terms of service and respond to our acknowledgement email.

  • If you don’t want a product to be displayed on the website for your school, please let us know and we can remove that product from your school product page.
